Indiana Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance

Indiana, sometimes nicknamed “The Hoosier State,” is home to over 2,200 active and licensed real estate appraisers, over 800 of which are licensed as Certified General appraisers. The capital of Indiana is Indianapolis, which is also the largest city in the state. The Indiana Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board does not mandate that appraisers carry Indiana Appraiser’s Errors and Omissions Insurance, but many appraisers select insurance coverage that fits their individual needs.

OREP specializes in providing professional liability and general liability insurance to Indiana real estate professionals. We offer the lowest rates on appraiser’s insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
