Michigan Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance policy/declarations page will be emailed within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Coverage is NOT bound until a binder/declarations page is issued.

Michigan Continuing Education

28 hours of Continuing Education are required for renewal in Michigan every 2 years. Included in those hours must be the 7-Hour USPAP Update and a 2 hour Michigan Appraisal Law course. Requirements are due by 7/31 on the renewing year.
