OREP Application Renewal Portal

Renewal Tips

Using this online system, you can renew your E&O insurance in less than five minutes. Please read the following to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal.

1.  Payment is due immediately following the submission of your renewal application. You will be directed to a payment page after completing your renewal application.  You can then pay in full or request financing.   Please do not submit your renewal application until you are ready to submit payment or request financing.

2. You will not be able to renew using this portal if today’s date is past your policy expiration date (as per your Declarations page).  There is a grace period for maintaining your prior acts coverage after the policy expiration, however, so it is important to contact us immediately at the email/phone below, if today’s date is past your policy expiration. You can also renew in the traditional method by downloading and completing an application from www.orep.org and faxing or emailing it to us with payment. If today’s date is past your policy expiration date, you are encouraged to complete this process immediately. Please find applications here or www.orep.org. Remember to save the PDF to your computer first, then complete and fax or email to OREP with payment. There will be instructions for financing on the payment page.

3. If you answer “No” to Questions 1 through 4 in the online application, you will need to use the Standard Application and submit via fax or email. You can find the Standard Application here.

4. Login ID Required.  After clicking Continue below, you will be directed to a secure renewal portal. Once there, your individual Login ID will be required to begin the process. The Login ID consists of six numbers, such as: 230346. Your ID can be found in the renewal emails/calls sent to you from OREP. If you can not locate the number, please call or email the office below. You will not be able to renew online without it. If you’d like to renew immediately and it is after hours or the weekend, you can renew in the traditional method as described in number 2 above. Thanks!

Payment is due upon submitting application. Financing available.
