What to expect after submitting your renewal application

You should receive an email confirmation from us within one business day when your documents are received. If you don’t receive an email confirmation from us within one business day of your sending documents or if your expiration is within one business day, please follow up with a phone call to make sure we have received your documents.  Our toll free # is:  888-347-5273.
