Utah appraisers are under the supervision of Utah’s Division of Real Estate which is directed by Jonathan Stewart. If you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours, please call us (check email junk/spam first). If your current policy is expiring, please call to confirm immediately after submission. Your new
Utah Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance policy/declarations page will be emailed within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Coverage is NOT bound until a binder/declarations page is issued.

Texas Continuing Education

Appraisers in Utah must complete 28 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. The 7-Hour USPAP Update must be included, and requirements must be submitted by the 15th of whichever month the license is set to expire.
