Warranty – Terms of Service

This agreement is between the Home Inspector and Complete Appliance Protection, Inc. (hereafter referred to as CP). The 120-Day Guarantee will be purchased at the prices posted to OREP’s website here: https://orep.org/warranty. CP agrees to provide a 120-Day home warranty, as per the terms and conditions in the brochure, for any properly registered home warranty. The Home Inspector agrees to properly register each warranty it provides to its clients by providing customer information, including the client’s name, address, phone number, email address, and inspection date, along with any comments on specific situations, through the OREP portal no later than 10 p.m. CST on the Monday following the inspection. CP reserves the right to refuse to honor any warranty which is not properly registered. CP will not give or sell the home inspector’s clients personal information to any 3rd parties. The home inspector is required to show the 120-Day Guarantee product offering (and any selected options) on their website.
