West Virginia, nicknamed the “Mountain State,” is the ninth smallest state in the country and has the 11th least number of licensed and active real estate appraisers in the United States. West Virginia has just over 600 appraisers who are licensed to appraise real estate in the state. Many appraisers carry West Virginia Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance as a way to safeguard their assets and their businesses.
OREP has incredible expertise and experience in providing errors and omissions insurance to real estate appraisers and agents/brokers in West Virginia. OREP offers the lowest rates on appraiser’s insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
