West Virginia Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance policy/declarations page will be emailed within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Coverage is NOT bound until a binder/declarations page is issued.

West Virginia Continuing Education

Appraisers in West Virginia are required to take 14 years of continuing education each year by 8/31 for renewal. The 7-Hour USPAP Update course must be completed in a live classroom every 2 years. At least 7 hours of the required 14 must be in the live classroom setting each year.
