Sketch multi-level and basement properties in seconds with Trace Mode

Trace Mode was introduced last week as a feature in TOTAL Sketch Pro.  It's a huge timesaver that lets you sketch basements and additional levels in seconds by "tracing" over the first floor.  You'll finish sketches quicker and they'll be more precise.   Read more

New appraiser organizations join the Community Partnerships Program

There are now thirteen appraiser organizations in our Community Partnerships Program.  "Having strong groups pushing appraiser-centric agendas at the local level, where it's far more effective, is extremely important to the industry as a whole," said Jay Shafer,

QuickNotes at the Austin Modern Appraiser Roadshow

One of the features that the Roadshow audience in Austin really enjoyed was how to use the Notes PowerView to see all of the QuickNotes (which are like electronic sticky notes) in a report.  After the class, Joel recorded a quick Tech Tip to show how it works.   See the video here

Real appraiser story

“I have been an a la mode customer for 15 years.  In that time,  I have seen the many improvements, upgrades and advancements in technology that a la mode has made.  They are constantly striving to improve their products and provide the best appraisal software and support in the industry.

For me, their appraisal products are a very important part of my business, if not the most important part.  The customer and technical support they provide is hands down the best in the industry. Their employees are always helpful and they do their best to provide support and solve any problems that arise.  Over the years I have had very few issues with TOTAL, which allows me to be more productive and, in turn, increase my income.

I have also had many appraiser colleagues who have switched from other appraisal software products and were amazed at the increase in productivity and the ease of the transition.  I would suggest to any appraiser that is interested in increasing their productivity and making their workday a little less stressful to consider TOTAL.  In my opinion, it’s the best appraisal software in the industry and provides the best support available.  Thanks a la mode!”
