Why DwellingCost.com?

Our goal has been to provide accurate and affordable cost data, in a format that is fast and easy to use. The format is a major departure from the way replacement cost data has been developed in the past. This application allows the appraiser to determine the quality rating based on any number of observed factors documented during the inspection, and then returns an accurate result in seconds. Rather than asking you to estimate the quality (i.e. average/good) and then asking you to answer four or five random questions that may or may not have anything to do with quality of a “replacement,” this tool allows you to estimate a “base” quality level and then make incremental changes in between each quality level, giving you the ability to account for subtle differences in all factors affecting the quality rating (that you have already documented in your workfile).
