Wyoming Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance

Wyoming, officially nicknamed the “Equality State” but sometimes referred to as the Cowboy State, is the tenth largest but least populous state in the entire United States. Wyoming has the 5th least number of licensed appraisers, with only 340 appraisers licensed to perform real estate appraisals in the state. Nicole Novotny Smith is the Executive Director of Wyoming’s Certified Real Estate Appraiser Board. There are no Wyoming Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance requirements by the Board, but many clients require appraisers to carry coverage up to $1 million.

OREP specializes in placing errors and omissions insurance for real estate appraisers and agents/brokers in Wyoming. OREP offers the lowest rates on appraiser’s insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
