Team ACI just returned from an extremely successful Valuation Expo in Las Vegas. We announced that we're taking appraisers to the web and they're eager to make the leap. The excitement level at the booth for our new ACI Sky™ Services was sky high!

In addition to the ACI Sky preview at Valuation Expo, we released several new services for ACI appraisers in June. Here is a quick summary of what has ACI appraisers talking.

ACI Sky Maps Go Aerial
The uber-professional companion to your location map is an aerial view around your subject property. This new view is powered by Google Maps™ and is quickly created during the location map process, at no additional cost!

ACI Sky Flood™ (Street and Satellite View)
Another ACI innovation is our in-house creation of FEMA Flood maps! ACI Sky Flood is an entirely web-based flood service. Generate a flood map for your subject property, and import the finished map and FEMA data directly into an appraisal with Sky Flood for the most professional looking report.

Neighborhood Boundaries
Add a neighborhood boundary overlay to your location map using ACI Sky Maps. To give Neighborhood Boundaries a try, select the Boundary tool and click points on the map to outline the area perimeter. If you'd like, you can add multiple boundaries and save them in a library for future use!

Image Blur
Using ACI's new Image Blur feature, you can edit images, and blur out people, an area within the picture, or any other items you want to redact from your inspection photos. Quick, easy and compliant!
