Isaac Peck is the President and Senior Broker at OREP and the Publisher of Working RE and Working PI magazines. His passion is providing service professionals and small business owners with unrivaled professional support, risk management, and liability insurance that meets their unique business needs. Isaac brings over 10 years of experience leading teams in Professional Liability insurance underwriting, operations, technology, and marketing–with a focus on E&O and general liability insurance for professionals. He is a Certified Microsoft Technology Associate, and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting.

In her eighth year at OREP, Veronica Calderon is a proven leader who oversees OREP’s accounting and compliance processes, as well as assisting in the day-to-day operations of OREP. With a knack for attention-to-detail, Veronica specializes in process management and improvement, financial reporting, compliance audits, human resources, and overall client experience. She has over 25 years of professional experience in accounting and compliance services.

Ariane Herwig is the Marketing & Design Manager at OREP. In her fifth year at OREP, Ariane develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives across different channels and business segments, leads print and visual design, and operates as the Senior Designer of Working RE Magazine, Working RE Home Inspector, and Working PI magazine. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design (magna cum laude) from UMBC (University of Maryland Baltimore County).

Adam Merrifield, the Head of Business Development at OREP Insurance Services, brings over three decades of entrepreneurial expertise to the table. As a seasoned professional, he oversees strategic partnerships, spearheads marketing initiatives, coordinates acquisitions, and serves as the head game maker. Beyond his dedication to business, Adam finds joy in travel alongside his wife, quality time with his two adult children, and fishing of any kind. His multifaceted experience and commitment to excellence define his role in shaping OREP’s success.

Senior Insurance Underwriter/Agent Maria McCarthy has been in the insurance business for over 25 years. She has been an insurance agent/underwriter at OREP over 21 years. Maria manages the home inspector portion of the book and currently underwrites the home inspector program within OREP’s quoting authority parameters.

Senior Insurance Underwriter/Agent Lisa Cavanaugh is in her 8th year with OREP. Lisa manages OREP’s Individual Appraiser Program. She has a broad background underwriting and serving real estate firms, appraisal firms, and individual appraisers. Her background includes working for a small environmental inspection company owned by her family and she understands the concerns of small business owners well.

Bryan Crosco has over 12 years of experience in the insurance business as a Commercial and Personal Accounts Manager. He is in his 4th year at OREP as a Senior Agent. Bryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashford University. Every day he is motivated to provide outstanding service as he finds solutions for the needs of his clients.

Kendra Budd is the Editor of Working RE and Working PI magazines, and Marketing Coordinator for OREP. She graduated with a BA in Theatre and English from Western Washington University, and with an MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. She is currently based in Seattle, WA.

Brianna Walker is in her 7th year at OREP and excels at serving appraisers, real estate agents, and mortgage field professionals. She attended the University of San Diego, where she graduated as a certified paralegal. She takes pride in ensuring she can provide the best customer service to all of our members day in and day out. She enjoys spending time at the beach in her free time, going to different amusement parks with her daughter, and is really passionate about music.

Heath Cooley comes from a diverse background of experience and customer service. He spent many years working in the Napa Valley wine industry providing guests with elevated wine experiences and sales. While in Los Angeles, he worked in the music industry at one of the largest record labels in the world, providing office administrative services for all in-house labels. Prior to that, he worked at the headquarters for a corporate real estate and housing company providing office and administrative assistance to all employees of an international company. Heath strives to bring back the human element and empathy to the lost art of customer service. When not providing service with care, Heath is an avid vinyl record collector and musician.

Michael Meza is in his 12th year at OREP. He has worked in a variety of departments during his time at OREP and has broad experience serving real estate appraisers, agents and brokers, and home inspectors. He currently helps manage the Home Inspector Program. With a background serving in the United States Military, Mike runs his part of the business with precision and with a calm and friendly demeanor that is appreciated by everyone he helps and who works with him.

Christy Anderson (Christina) has been in the insurance industry for over seven years and recently joined the OREP team. She specializes in errors and omissions coverage for real estate professionals, property managers, and home inspectors. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University. Christy is detail-oriented in her duties and passionate about ensuring she provides accurate and timely information for our members. She enjoys any activity involving water, including water volleyball, and her competitive nature serves her well when playing in cornhole leagues and other sports with her family.
