Tennessee, sometimes called the âVolunteer State,â has over 1,800 appraisers licensed to appraise real estate in the state. The Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission oversees the licensing of real estate appraisers. The Commission is under the supervision of the stateâs Department Of Commerce And Insurance and Nikole Avers is the Executive Director of the Commission.

If you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours, please call us (check email junk/spam first). If your current policy is expiring, please call to confirm immediately after submission. Your new
Tennessee Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance policy/declarations page will be emailed within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Coverage is NOT bound until a binder/declarations page is issued.

Tennessee Continuing Education
