Appraisers in Pennsylvania must complete 28 hours of continuing education for renewal. The 7-Hour USPAP Update and 2 hours focusing on the Real Estate Appraisers Certification Act and the Boardâs regulations and policies are required. Requirements are due by 6/30 of the renewing year.
