Connecticut Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance

Connecticut, nicknamed the “Constitution State,” is home to nearly 1,400 active real property appraisers, the majority of whom (850) are licensed as Certified Residential appraisers. Connecticut’s Appraisal Board is under the supervision of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. While there are no Connecticut Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance requirements mandated by the state, many appraisers carry E&O insurance to limit their liability.

OREP has incredible expertise and experience in providing errors and omissions insurance to real estate appraisers and agents/brokers in Connecticut. OREP offers the lowest rates on appraiser’s insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
