Florida Continuing Education
The state of Florida requires appraisers to take 30 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. The CE requirements are due on 11/30. Florida has no limit on how many of these hours can be completed online, but 10 of the hours must be dedicated to Mandatory training. Mandatory training includes the 7-Hour USPAP Update course and a 3 hour review of Florida Real Estate Appraisal Law and Board Rules.
