Idaho, also called the âGem State,â is the seventh least densely populated state in the United States but has over 700 active and licensed property appraisers. Idahoâs Real Estate Appraiser Board does not require appraisers to carry Idaho Appraisers Errors and Omissions Insurance, but many appraisers carry insurance for business purposes, such as to protect their assets or meet client requirements.
OREP has been serving real estate professionals with professional liability and general liability insurance for over 22 years. OREP offers the lowest rates on appraiserâs insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
