Minnesota, nicknamed the âLand of 1,000 Lakes,â is the 12th most extensive state in the country and has over 2,000 active and licensed real estate appraisers in the state. Minnesota appraisers are licensed under Minnesotaâs Department of Commerce. Minnesota Appraiserâs Errors and Omissions Insurance is not required by the Department of Commerce, but many lenders have independent insurance requirements for appraisers on their panels.
OREP specializes in placing errors and omissions insurance for real estate appraisers and agents/brokers in Minnesota. OREP offers the lowest rates on appraiserâs insurance with same day coverage & confirmation (most cases).
