Nebraska Continuing Education
Appraisers in Nebraska are required to take 28 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years, due by 11/30 of the renewing year. The 7-Hour USPAP Update course is required as part of these hours. A Maximum of 14 hours can be done online, but the USPAP Update must be done in a live classroom setting. A 7-Hour Report Writing and Case Studies course is also required every 4 years.
