What to Expect After Submission:
A confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours if your application is received and correct. If not correct, you will be called immediately. If you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours, please call us (check email junk/spam first). If your current policy is expiring, please call to confirm immediately after submission. Your new North Carolina Appraisers Errors and Omissions insurance policy/declarations page will be emailed within 3-5 business days after payment has been processed. Coverage is NOT bound until a binder/declarations page is issued.

Nebraska Continuing Education

Appraisers in Nebraska are required tot ake 28 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years, due by 11/30 of the renewing year. The 7-Hour USPAP Update course is required as part of these hours. A Maximum of 14 hours can be done online, but the USPAP Update must be done in a live classroom setting. A 7-Hour Report Writing and Case Studies course is also required every 4 years.
