Individual Appraisers Coverage
To cover one appraiser only, please click on your Residence State below for the premiums/application for your state (rates vary by state). The premiums in the table below apply to most states. Please review instructions below for completing and submitting your application. Same day financing is available (minimum premium is $500.00, please contact OREP for more information). Beginning-Trainee appraisers qualify, if you've passed your state test. Membership includes a subscription to Working RE Magazine and more.

2. Please note the enclosed checklist to ensure a smooth process.
To avoid delays, please
type or print clearly when completing the application. If you are
using a free version of Acrobat, please print or save the completed
application before emailing/faxing, otherwise it will arrive blank.
3.
E-mail or fax your completed application with payment using OREP's payment page. Please remember to sign and date the second page of the
application.
4. If you have current coverage in
place with a company other than OREP, please include
a copy of your expiring Declarations Page
to retain prior acts coverage.
5. Group applications and those for Louisiana and New York require quoting. All others should be submitted with
payment for same day coverage in most cases.
